Great Blue Heron
On my way back home I stopped back by Skunk Hollow again (since I'd already paid the $10 parking fee for the day) and off in the distance I saw the Great Blue Heron standing on a pile of sticks & driftwood that were floating down the river like a small island. Got out my camera & attached the longest lens & panned slightly as he floated downstream, watching as he would occasionally pluck out a fish. I couldn't get closer because he was on the very far away on the other side of the river.
